Back in 2017, after listening to so many close friends struggling with their treatment at work and the impact it was having on their personal lives, we had the idea of revolutionising how organisations can care for their people.
Flash forward 2 years and we had built V.2.0 of our app and were busy helping businesses redesign their culture using our unique insight and the data we had uncovered.
Then in December 2019 the world changed in a dramatic way and like so many businesses, especially startups, we got crushed!

After some tough conversations we decided that our mission was far too important and it was time to double-down on our efforts whatever that looked like.
We took the chance to pivot a little and redesign our entire app, hello V.3.0!
Definitely a scary time but we passionately believed in our mission!
